Julia Tibbets is a massage therapist with over 18 years of practice in the field of bodywork. She specializes in crafting personalized sessions, using a diverse array of techniques to ensure a unique and effective experience for each person she works with. Her goal is to facilitate enduring positive change by addressing soft tissue entrapments and adhered tissues throughout the body.
Julia trained at Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Sciences, completing an extensive education in medical manual therapy in 2007. She draws on many modalities to create each session, including gentle deep tissue work, sports massage, myofascial release techniques, trigger point therapy, medical massage protocol, and prenatal massage.
Beyond her bodywork pursuits, Julia holds a B.A. from Purdue University (2003). Her personal interests include reading, hiking, camping, and songwriting.
