Colleen has been teaching Pilates for 15 years. She started with mat Pilates and continued her certification with Balanced Body to complete Reformer 1,2,3 and Chair.

“I consider practicing Pilates injury prevention. If you want to keep physically doing what you love, practice Pilates,” Colleen says.

Colleen has worked with all levels of participants and has experience with people coming back to exercise from an injury. She has taught group exercise for 17 years and enjoys helping others reach their fitness goals.
