One-On-One Attention & Care

Why Privates?

Private sessions are for everyone — from those with injuries or other conditions such as shoulder, knee, hip or back issues to the most experienced practitioner. Private sessions offer the unique opportunity to work one-on-one with our instructors.

Tailored Plans

Instructors are trained to assess your strengths and limitations, analyze your movement patterns and, in turn, develop exercises suited to your specific needs. The combination of instructor expertise and the wide range of adaptable equipment we offer allows us to work productively with any individual and all physical abilities/challenges. We offer private and duet sessions with our instructors in Pilates and yoga, including aerial yoga.
