Pilates Cancellation Policy
- Classes should be cancelled by 6 p.m. on the day prior to the class. Regardless of class time, the deadline is 6. p.m. the day before a scheduled class.
- If a cancellation is not made by 6 p.m. the day before a scheduled class, the client will be charged the full class fee. (Example: if they cancel on any day other than Wednesday or Sunday they will be charged $28; Wednesdays are $14 and Sundays are $10).
- There will always be exceptions to this policy, and we need to be sensitive to various situations, but we also have limited space in Pilates and need to make classes available to those who wish to attend.
