Policies & Etiquette
Welcome to Beyond Zen, where we provide a space for self-care and rejuvenation. We’re committed to creating an atmosphere of peace and tranquility that allows our clients to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. As part of our commitment to providing a serene environment, we ask that all clients adhere to our policies and etiquette during their visits.
Etiquette
- Please adjust your phone to “Do Not Disturb.” Not vibrate. Everyone in class prefers you leave your phone out in the cubbies.
- Feel free to hang in the Sanctuary or the Zen Den before class to catch up with your fellow yogis.
- Please leave the Movement Studio as a place for peace and quiet, as other yogis are trying to get their Zen on. For some peeps, this may be the only quiet time they get for the day (thank you for being courteous to your fellow yogis).
- Please leave all food and drinks other than water outside the studio.
Scheduling
We encourage clients to register in advance to reserve a spot in class. Reservations may be made online, on our app or by phone at 574.855.1405. We will always do our best to accommodate walk–ins, but some classes reach maximum capacity prior to class start time.
Registering in advance eliminates the question of “Will I have a space in the class?” If we are at maximum capacity, you will go on a waitlist and be notified by email if you receive a space in the class.
We have helped thousands of people successfully over the years; however, everyone’s body responds differently, people have different levels of commitment or lifestyle habits, and individual results are not guaranteed or may vary. Testimonials are not claimed to represent typical results. All testimonials are from real clients and may not reflect the typical client’s experience. They are not intended to represent or guarantee anyone will achieve the same or similar results. However, these results are meant to showcase examples of what clients have achieved. Beyond Zen studio is an integrative wellness clinic under the care of licensed acupuncturists within the legal scope of practice regulated by the state of Indiana licensing board. Our advice is not a substitute for medical advice from a physician, and we do not diagnose medical conditions.
Cancellations
If you are pre-registered for a class and unable to attend, we ask that you please cancel your registration so another client can get a spot in class.
Please cancel class registrations 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged full price for the class.
Arrival
New clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to class; this allows ample time to fill out our liability release form and offers clients the chance to share limitations and/or injuries with the instructor.
Returning clients are encouraged to arrive at least five minutes before class to get set up and be in place for the start of the class.
