Emily’s love for Yoga as a mind-body practice began in 2014, when she first started practicing yoga. She quickly fell in love with the practice and experienced the peace of mind and joy it brought into her life. Over the past several years, she has consistently found solace in Yoga and hopes to share her passion for the practice with others.

Emily started as an ACSM Personal Trainer and AFAA Group Fitness Instructor in 2017 and quickly earned her 200 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) in 2019. She has worked with individuals of all ages and of different needs (whether it is working with an individual who has had knee surgery, shoulder pain, plantar fasciitis, or stress relief). She enjoys all aspects of Yoga but loves teaching Power Yoga, meditation techniques, deep stretching (Yin), and meditation (Nidra is a favorite!). She incorporates her knowledge and experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor on the Yoga mat to focus on strengthening the body, incorporating mobility, and educating on proper form. While strengthening the body is important, the mind-body connection and listening to where the body needs care, as well as the mind, is at the root of her practice. She looks forward to serving you and bringing her joy and passion for Yoga into your journey.
